Water Jet Cutting

Our state-of-the-art water jets can cut nearly any material in the most complex of designs. The cuts made by our equipment are highly accurate (oftentimes to a .005” tolerance–just slightly larger than a human hair) and complete with a satin finish (no burrs or burns).

Water jet cutting is the perfect solution when you need to precisely cut virtually any material without the threat of heat and mechanical stress. Due to its relatively small kerf, water jet cutting allows us to utilize more of the material compared to traditional cutting methods–which means less waste and, thus, lower material costs. Water jet cutting also reduces or eliminates the need for secondary manufacturing operations and finishing, yielding a faster turnaround for your deadlines.
